I was suggested this vet by many friends in Conroe. First I went to have my dogs ears checked out. I thought he had ear mites :( Turns out it was a yeast infection and had to do a procedure that cost $115, yikes! Dr. Davis ask me to bring him back in *about* two and a half weeks to make sure he was getting better. 3 weeks later, I take him and my cat in. Dr. Davis scolded me for waiting 3 weeks, instead of the *about* 2 and a half, and made it seem like it was my fault the infection had came back. Although, he never emphasized the importance of bringing him back *exactly* 2 and a half weeks later. So, I had to do the procedure all over again cost another $115. Then, as I was getting my receipt from the clerk, my dog decided to go over to another customer sitting down holding a small dog. My dog decided to put his paws in her lap, examining the other dog. She was very light hearted about it, and just smiled. But, a employee walked by and very rudely said GET DOWN to my dog. I would never scold someone else's animal, especially if I wasn't related to the event in any way. Next time I go to this office, I will let them know of my displeasement and will make sure to request not to see Dr. Davis.

We are very happy with Conroe Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Davis is the best! We come up from The Woodlands for the great knowledge and care provided by Davis and the staff. I'm very surprised at the negative comments here. We have never had anything other than a pleasant experience. Their prices are also very good compared to others we have visited.

I took my wife's dog (toy poodle) to that clinic twice and always ask the price before making the app. The first time for a cough, the vet was nice but the people working in the office are'nt the most considerate, they charged me $25.00 more than I was quoted over the phone, along with an extra $30.00 for amoxicillin. I thought I just misunderstood them. The second time was to put her dog to sleep after seventeen years which was very hard to do as she was such a big part of our family. I called and ask the price and was told $40.00 for a dog under 20 pounds and another $25.00 if they kept her. When my wife and I got there they told me it would be $85.00, $20.00 more than was quoted over the phone, I ask the woman and she said they charged extra to give her a shot in her vein that would put her to sleep quickly. We were both very upset because of what we were about to do so I just said go ahead and lets just get this over with. I have never put a review over the internet but I think people should know, the price they quote and the price you pay are never the same at this clinic and they will never see another animal from our family.

Great!!! I have three dogs.. One in particular I have had to take in more than the others.. they are great with my animals, quick for me to get in and reasonablely priced. I am very pleased.

I am really surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have always had a wonderful experience at Conroe Vet Clinic. My parents always took our pets here and I continue to bring my own pets now that I have my own family. All of the doctors, techs, and front office staff have always been welcoming. I always feel as though they genuinely care about the well being of my animals. The office is also much more affordable than anywhere else I have heard of.
