I am done with this clinic. I like one of their vets. Only to find out he is a traveling vet and is only there 3 days a week. We have been going to this location for years and years now. The last 3 time I have been there have just made me madder and madder. The prices are outrageous!!!! They refuse to quote you the actual price before you come in and you end up sending large amounts of time there. 4 months ago they send us a little post card saying my puppies where do for their check ups. I called and asked how much the check up would cost. They told me $50 for an office visit and the shots have separate costs. But the vet would let me know before the service and we could choose what we wanted. Great! Ya, well we agreed to the visit, flee meds and 2 shots x2 dogs. We ended up with 2 shots, no flee meds, a bunch of useless blood work and a visit. They wanted $900 for it. We said NO. Not paying that. It was worked down to $500. But, I am still confused on how a $100 office visit and 4 shots turned into $500. Then, today, I stopped in to see how much it would cost to trim 1 dogs nails. Actually, all I needed was 2 nails clipped. I have no idea what it would cost because no one would acknowledge my presents. I stood there for 5 minutes. There was a customer, with a dog that had an appointment. I have no problem waiting for them to get situated. The 1 attendant at the front came around, weigh there dog and then put the people in a room. Then she started messing with files and asking them if they wanted coffee. It is simple customer service. I have no problem waiting. I have a problem with the inability to say 'Hello, I will be right with you'. I have a huge problem with you ignoring and walking around me, still saying nothing to me. At this rate there are at least 20 other vets and 50 other grooming places. But how about this. I'll save my money and just do it myself!

Insanely overpriced. Other vets in the area told me it would be $180 for EVERYTHING for a "new puppy package" (two rounds of shots, dewormer, the office visit, flea prevention). Windvale sent me an estimate for the vaccinations and they were a little higher but not much. They were the only vet who could see us on Saturday so we went there. Just for the worm test and the drontal it was $120!!!! I still need to get her 2 rounds of vaccines at around $20 each. That'll be another $120. Thanks for wasting my money Windvale. I looked up how much Drontal costs...they charged me around double. They get 2 stars for being nice people and the office being clean. We won't be going there again though, the other offices in the area sounded just as pleasant and are a whole lot cheaper.

Have never been to a better vet! Pricey yes, but you can not put a price on the amazing group of people who work here. And, when it comes to your pet, that quality of care does not have a price tag. You get what you pay for!

I take my dog, Leeloo, there now, and I continue to receive expert care and advice. I see Dr. B and he is excellent. He treats Leeloo as if she were his own dog. I have never been to a vet where the doctor spends so much time with you, I learned more in one visit with Dr. B than years of visits at other clinics! I honestly wouldn't consider going to any other vet!

One of the WORST places to take your pets to. They are very pushy and try to "suggest" at least 5-7 things outside of what you really went there for so they can charge you more. The staff is trained to do so from the very beginning! The Vet himself is very fake and does wrongful diagnosis blows things out of proportion. If you are going in for just a vaccination be prepared to have them tell you that your pet needs a surgery that is how much they exaggerate. Never going back there !
