We are super pleased with the vets, Dr. Linley & others as well as their staff. They have been and are very professional, caring and gentle with our animal kids and us. We really appreciate them and drive a bit out of the way just to go there. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Chip Ponsford, who heads this hospital, is truly is a rare breed. You might say as a lifelong pet parent - and current mother to 3 dogs and 2 cats - I'm a veteran when it comes to vets. Dr. Ponsford is not only patient and compassionate (with both yours truly and the furries), but among the most knowledgeable and experienced animal doctors in the area. When our 14 year old miniature dachshund suddenly began losing her balance and running into things - seemingly out of nowhere - he quickly and correctly assessed her condition, effectively saving her life. I've since read story after story of vets misdiagnosing this same (unfortunately common) situation, or taking inadequate steps under similar circumstances, and those dogs are not here to enjoy the love of their families like ours is today. The clinic's cost for services are very competitive, yet the difference in the quality of treatment far surpasses that we've received at previous animal hospitals over the last 25 years in Plano, Carrollton and North Dallas. If you live in the Dallas Fort-Worth area, and typically pick a vet based on convenience or price, I can only say Dr. Chip Ponsford is absolutely worth the drive. Oh, and my "kids" adore him, too :)
