I absolutely love Dr. Dees --plus Whitney and the sweet staff at the office are all so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend taking your pets to this clinic.

We have been patrons of Riverchase Animal Hospital for many years and want to take this opportunity to commend Dr. Robinson for his compassionate manner and knowledgeable approach in dealing with our pets. He is extremely well-educated and maintains an awareness of current trends in his profession. He possesses admirable communication skills and offers explicit and easily understandable explanations of his opinions and procedures. Both our dog and cat have been part of the Riverchase family for the past 3 years. The doctors and staff are phenomenal! Besides being extremely nice, they are so sweet and caring to all their patients. You can tell they are true animal lovers and this is not just a job to them. One of the several things that we so appreciate as a pet owners is their willingness to help educate us on whatever topic or issue is being addressed. The doctors take as much time as needed to clearly explain what’s happening, elevating our knowledge while calming our anxiety. Every time we leave from a visit, we feel we are just that much smarter when it comes to our pets. Also, the Riverchase team is very accommodating when it comes to emergency appointments. They’ll do what they can to get you in the same day.

This place is everything you would want in your own healthcare experience, but can't have because of our healthcare system. We have a new puppy and so we have to frequent this office for scheduled vaccinations, well visits, etc. and each time Dr. Robinson makes us feel like our puppy is the most important pet he'll see that day. We never feel rushed, and he answers all of our absurd ''new parent'' questions without condescension and with much knowledge. I'm thrilled with this place and with Dr. Robinson, and we will be taking our pup there for the foreseeable future. I have not been to the other veterinary clinics in Coppell, but also have no need to since we found this place. Hope this helps you find the vet you need!

COMPLETELY APPALLED by the service I have received the past couple of days. My dog had been in because he had lost his hearing. Dr. Dees had put him on two different medications. He started having side effects with the medicine and I had called the clinic on Tuesday, I believe I spoke to a girl named Melissa (not positive) and told her what was going on. She was nothing but insensitive and dismissive. I explained he had been on medicine and he was acting severely dehydrated and could no longer control his bladder. She said she could not help and I would have to talk to Dr. Dees. The next day I was trying to be very patient, Dr. Dees did not call me back until around 6:30pm, I missed the call and when I tried returning the call found out the clinic closes at 6:00. I called left a return message and then tried again this morning (Thursday), once again the same girl as before answered the phone, when I tried explaining why I called she simply said ‘yes I got your message and will pass it along.’ She was incredibly dismissive once again. By this point I knew that I was not going to receive any help anytime soon. As it turns out my dog was having a BAD reaction to the medication he was prescribed. I scheduled an appointment with a friend’s vet who personally talked to me and saw my dog within a half hour of calling. My dog is now on two different medicines to try and control the side effects he was experiencing. I will never recommend this vet or take my dog here again. My dog is part of the family and I want to take him to a vet who treats him as such and actually cares. There was one lady who I talked to who was nice, I did not catch her name, but she was able to quickly fax over Ryder’s medical records to the new vet. For that I thank her because Ryder received the attention and care he needed. Since posting this post on Google as well as on their Facebook page. They have called once (I work so I missed the call), no message was left and they simply deleted the post off of their Facebook. My family members are also pulling their dogs from this vet. Yesterday evening I did receive another call and a voice-mail apology from one of the managers, who had seen the Facebook post. She wanted to make sure that nothing like this happens again. While that was nice, my dog and my family's 3 other dogs will never return to this vet.
