My furbaby Hindu woke up with half his face swollen and was having trouble swallowing they saw him immediately amd got him all fixed up. Very nice people and super great with my pets! Thanks so much!

I went here for the first time cause I heard it was cheap, I only waited 45 mins and yes it needs to be remodel but the staff was very friendly. I took my 5 1/2 weeks old kitten, the vet very professional and help my kitten who may have been on his death bed, in just one treatment he was back on his feet and is doing so good I'm so thankful for this place, everywhere else wanted to do all kinds of test on him instead of getting down to the reason why he was sick and I'm glad this place only does what's necessary instead of beating around of the bush and charging an arm and a leg.

I gave 1 star for a couple of reasons. I have always gone to this clinic because they offered the most reasonable prices on everything and It was close to my home. I went in this weekend to take one of my dogs to see the doctor and while I was there I wanted to get a new box of Iverhart Heartworm prevention Rx. Somehow they do not know how to keep accurate records and documentation. My dogs have all been on iverhart for years now and sometimes I buy 2 boxes at a time. They said I would have to get all 3 of my dogs retested for heartworms @ 25 bucks each and then restart them on Iverhart. I said no they have taken it every month. long story short I drove home got my records they realized they had not documented anything and I still HAVE TO PAY! The new guy there kept grinning like "haha, I was right" smh! Im not going through this again. DODDRIDGE ANIMAL CLINIC is our new go to Animal Doctor. and they give you a 25 dollar referral credit to the referrer and the refer-ee! Its our first time at Doddridge and the Doctor is nice as well as the staff. They have all the equipment on site, not like Crosstown. My son is getting the proper care he needs. I will say that Crosstown has opened my eyes to acknowledging I must keep very detailed medical records for my babies. I will never go there again and have to deal with something like this again. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me!

I'M GIVING THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE CHOICE TO GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS, MY SENIOR CHIHUAHUA GOT LOST IN HOUSTON, SOMEONE FOUND HIM CALLED THE VET, AND THE "RECEPTIONIST" TELLS THEM THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY DOG WITH THEM, (THEY CALL THE CLINIC FROM THE NUMBER ON MY DOG'S TAG, SOME MORE PEOPLE CALLED AND THE ANSWER THEY GOT WAS THAT THE RECORDS WERE ACROSS THE STREET SHE WOULDN'T GO CHECK FOR THE DOG'S FAMILY'S PH, NUMBER. WE HAD TO STAY IN HOUSTON 3 DAYS TILL WE FOUND HIM THANKS GOD!!!! SHAME ON YOU BALDWIN ANIMAL CLINIC

The staff was very nice and the vet we saw was super sweet. We went on a Sunday because my normal vet was closed and my little Pomeranian was ill. They were so busy, people were waiting at the door to get in when they opened. The process was very organized and we were given great care. I felt like the vet and the vet tech took the time to talk to us. The cost was extremely reasonable.
