most compassionate and most helpful staff and Doctor vet!!! love them, have taken all my animals there for at least 15 years ♡ thank you Dr. Garrett

Dr. Garrett is a great vet and he treats all my animals great, they love seeing him. He is honest and his clinic does not overcharge or try to sell you things you don't need. His clinic is usually very busy, but I don't mind because I receive great service and care when I go. I've gone to other clinics they will tell you how you need to do 200+ dollars in tests even after the Dr. tells you what your animal's problem is. Not Dr. Garrett and his staff. Love this place!

They love animals. Its evident. They do so much for free through Pee Wee's and other on-profit organizations. They do lack some things, such as cones for post surgery, but honestly when they do so much charitable work its understandable how they would have to sacrifice such things. Every time I go the tech's and the Dr. address my dog before they do me, which in my opinion is a good sign there. Love the staff. Will take all my animals there.

I must say I am feeling extremely let down at how many lies that came out of the secretary's mouth. I wanted to order specific food for my cat(with UTI) who is vomiting every other day because he is possibly allergic to his new food and I wanted to switch him back. I spoke to ___ don't want to say her name because I wouldn't do that. She was very irresponsible. I trusted that she would have me listed like she said for ordering a certain brand 3 days ago and then tells me they don't carry it today. She kept referring to my cat as a dog as well as talking about other foods they had when I called specifically 3 days ago and again today about a specific brand and formula. I trusted her to the point I waited 3 whole days. She told me the brand I wanted would cost me $32 for 16 lb. All of a sudden it's $60. The only reason I called around different vets is to get a suitable price that matched my budget. Never again... I regret trusting her. I'm not going to make my cat suffer anymore and will just pay a high price. I'm done.

I initially set an appointment here because my dog had a limp. The day of the appointment, she had stopped limping but I took her in anyway just for a checkup. I sure wish I hadn't now. An hour or two after her arriving home from her appointment at Everhart Animal Hospital, my dog started itching feverishly and nipping at her coat. When I called and told the receptionist that my dog had contracted fleas at their location, she said she would have a manager call me back. When the manager called me back, she immediately started trying to sell me flea products. I said that I didn't feel I should have to pay for a treatment for something she picked up at their location. Then the manager denied that my dog had picked up fleas there. I explained to her that my dog has never had fleas, is an inside dog, and that we went to her location and came straight home so there was nowhere else she could have caught fleas. Especially considering the fact that a mere hour or two after coming home from their location, she started itching and nipping. She was non-empathetic, and continued to try and sell me flea treatments and emphasize that there was no way I could prove that she got the fleas there. I'm really disappointed by this, especially considering that the vet, Dr. P was very nice when i went in, and I felt like I had found a perfect place for my dog. However, after this mess, I just can't go back knowing that my dog may end up contracting random infections in their facility, costing me additional money and making my poor dog miserable.
