We had several good experiences here, then ran afoul of the office manager. I brought a dog in after he'd hurt his leg. It wasn't urgent, but it was important. On the phone, they told me to just drop him off and they'd look at him shortly. He was overdue for his shots, so they were going to handle that, too. When we arrived, as we were filling out paperwork, the office manager declared she was not going to let him stay because he was overdue on shots. It was just too long. I asked if something had changed. She said it was just too long, then opened up the file to find out how long it had been. It was arbitrary and mean-spirited, especially considering the rest of the staff was obviously used to allowing the pets to come in. Heck, the person had already come out to take him back when she stopped the proceedings. Any number of other vets are preferable to this one.

Our animals have been going to Santa Fe for years...as long as I can remember! The staff is incredible and the vets are helpful and attentive to your pets needs. I feel right at home at Santa Fe and so do our animals!
