Have been using Southside for at least ten years. Always great with my pets. Reasonable prices, very clean, and very friendly service. Also were very helpful and sympathetic when it came to our aging dog, her quality of life, and the decision as to whether or not to end her suffering.

I kept getting the run-around about what procedure my dog needed for her hip. Every vet there wanted to do something different and charged me extra for every opinion, even though I didn't ask for that. One even wanted to put my dog completely under just for an x-Ray (an x-ray that another vet there got 2 months earlier without ANY sedation)! So I scheduled her for hip surgery, and the day before the procedure I got a call to confirm. They had booked the WRONG dog for the WRONG procedure!!! So I cancelled that and just went back to my old vet, 2 hours away, for the hip issue. When I tried to give Southside another chance, half of the doctors were no longer working there, and nobody would say why or where they went. This place reaks of scam.

Good facility, nice people. Fair prices. Have been taking care of my dog for about 5 years. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my cats to Southside for over 10 years and I have always been very happy with the service and the way they treat my cats. I especially like Dr. Wilson and will generally request that she see my cats. She treated me with kindness and respect when I knew my oldest cat was dying and I started crying while I was asking if I should I should continue treatment.

Been taking my pets to Southside for many many years without a single complaint. Wouldn't else where.
