I have been taking my Dachshund here for a few years. This past weekend she came down with what we believe is Tick Paralysis, her back legs stopped working. They were great to get her in Sat morning with no notice. They called me several times during the day, and spoke to me at length when I picked her up. It felt as if they were just as emotional about the whole situation. Dr. Simpson called several of her colleagues to try and cover all scenarios that may be effecting my pup. She was to be on close watch and any further set backs I would have to rush her to the ER and get a neurologist. Dr. Simpson gave me several options of who to go to, and even called an ER to talk over all possibilities with them. She then called me back Sat night to check in. The front desk called on Sunday to check in again. Thankfully my pup was making progress in getting better. The staff here cares very much about your pet, the service is great, and they really will go above and beyond if your pet needs it. I feel like I had the whole Dallas area on notice about my pups health and everyone was just waiting to jump in and help save her if needed. Thank you for treating my dog as if she was your own.

Vet made so many mistakes I can't count. The front desk couldn't remember which leg the dog had pain in. I had to convince vet Mrs M. to do an X-ray since I have a "quiet" dog limping in pain. Then she gave me paperwork with the wrong diagnosis, and totally excluded a second diagnosis. I had to call her to clarify and come back since my dog came away with fresh, flat ticks that didn't even have a chance to fill up on her blood since I bathed her after the visit. The ticks were not there before hand. Then I find out that lyme disease can cause joint pain...and the vet's diagnosis of generalized osteoarthritis is probably wrong also. X-rays were done with the dog poorly positioned. So unprofessional & expensive.
