I went to the vet at this location because my dog was having a bad skin rash. I already knew the cause and treatment for the rash but the vet completely ignored me. He hardly even bothered to look at my dog. Three weeks later, it is worse than ever before and I'm spending more time and money going to a different vet because this one is a pompous idiot. Don't go to this location! He will kill your dog with his stupidity!

I rescued a german shepherd out of the middle of the road. In fact, the story was put on the front page of the plano star courier on Sunday June 22, 2014. Feel free to look it up. I chose banfild since it was the only vet open at 7 in the morning. I will do my best to make a long story short. The first day, she weighed 32 pounds and was infected all over, and had no hair on her paws. I paid over 250 dollars the first day to have her get all the medicine she needed . Over the course of the next nearly 3 weeks, I visited Banfield no less than 6 times, each time telling me to continue the meds, etc. On my final visit to Banfield, the vet on staff told me another round of prednisone. I had had it. I went to Frisco West animal clinic and visited Dr. Tucker. Not only did she not get treated properly but she could have easily died since they were not giving her the proper medication. Within 24 hours of seeing Dr. Tucker at Frisco West, her ears and back stopped itching, and now less than 3 weeks since her visit with Dr. Tucker, her hair has grown back on her paws and she is just under 60 pounds. Banfield has nice employees, but the vets truly have no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all cost.

I had called them about my cats vaccines, I asked specifically how much would it be for a kittys first round of vaccines. The lady told us 39.95 which is why we made an appt for the next day. We get there for our appt, spoke with 3 diff receptionists until they pointed us to the right direction. Long story short, they told us the wrong pricing, wasted our time, and the receptionists were rude and dumbfounded. Take your pet somewhere where they actually care.
