Great service. Pricey but worth it.

they are very nice, and seem very caring and knowledgeable, they follow up when things go wrong. I took my cat to clean her teeth and they perforated her trachea. I panic because she inflated (was full of air bubbles under her skin). she did fine it healed fast, since it seems that that it is not a big problem... but I am not sure if I will trust them any more.

I have been to several vets in Dallas, and Dr. Effie is by far the best. She has great bedside manner, she is very knowledgeable, and she really cares about animals. She saved my great dane's life when she had pancreatitis when other vets just prescribed her antacids and sent us home. She is now treating my doggie for lymphoma. My great dane is in remission and thanks to Dr. Effie and the staff at the oaklawn location, we get to spend more quality time together. I will never go anywhere else while I am in Dallas.

Highly Recommended! Dr. Effie is so wonderful with my rabbit. I live in Frisco and drive all the way to Dallas just for the service at this clinic. She makes sure to call me and keep me informed on everything that is going on with him when he has to go under for a procedure. The front office staff is SO nice, and they know me by name. Will always use this vet for my rabbit.
