My Shar Pei/Shepherd mix, Aido, tore his CCL when he was four years old. My vet suggested I take him to the doctors at DVSC. I met with Dr. Bertrand, and he immediately assessed the situation. He explained the two options available, and we chose the TPLO procedure. After Dr. Bertrand performed the procedure, the follow-up care was exceptional. The front desk staff, Lisa and another woman, were courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain not only the charges but every step of his care. The after hours staff answered immediately and gave me a full report on his recovery. Unfortunately, Aido tore his other CCL 11 weeks after the first surgery. We had no hesitation in returning to DVSC; this time Aido was cared for by Dr. Franks. She not only did a wonderful job of caring for Aido, but she also showed concern for my emotional state and assured me it is, unfortunately, common for a large dog to break the second CCL while recovering from the first. Again, the follow-up care DVSC staff provided to Aido was exceptional. I will always refer friends and family to them and consider their organization top-notch.

DVSC Rocks! I have had nothing but the BEST experience with DVSC. All the staff are very professional. The Dr's are highly qualified. You must see for yourself.

Front desk (Beth) and office manager less than helpful. Unfortunately this practice may contain a highly skilled surgical staff, however the office is plagued by poor communication and inefficient admin staff that add more stress to an already stressful situation. Disappointing.

My sister's dog was hit by a car and they did great work. Beth is the best. They educated while be realistic and hopeful. Prices were less than another clinic. Very pleased and surprised!
