Took my cat here when he started drooling and clawing at his mouth and wouldn't let me touch him. They got me in very quickly, and the vet (or tech?) proceeded to immediately remove a giant piece of paper from the top of his mouth. She was extremely laid back and friendly, and didn't even charge me to the extent that she had a right to. I will definitely come back here in the unfortunate event that I might need an emergency vet again!

Only as a last resort. Place was filthy, including urine stains on the floor, that had not been cleaned up even though it was late and no one was in the clinic. They did not listen to my opinion. Were rude, argumentative and treated me like I was an idiot. They wanted to keep dog overnight but I refused. Place is almost as bad as animal shelter conditions.

Dr. Hellstern and her staff were absolutely incredible with my dog Saturday morning. Suffering shock as a result of an apparently ruptured tumor, Shadow was in grave condition. Dr. Hellstern and everyone present that morning could not have been more compassionate and caring throughout the ordeal. I appreciated their professionalism and concern for me and my dog. It was a sad morning but they were incredible.

This this place sucks ass I have took 2dogs and all 2times they suggested to put my dog down. Every time bc they said if I did not get the treatment they recommended me to put my dog down because it wasn't going to make it to the morning if I did not get their treatment and they was going to suffer. The prices were outrageous $90 just to look at the dog its going to be about $600 for any test that is not including the treatment Just to find out what's going on with your dog. But at the end of each visit I ended up taking my dog back home sick in each time they made it to the next day to their regular vet and it turned out to be a little of nothing. nothing major that I should have had to put my dog down they will tell you anything to get your MONEY $$$$$ they do not care about nothing else!

Expensive- but you can tell the docs there really care for animals, want you to be aware of what's going on and are treating conservatively, but thoroughly. Will use this location again if needed.
