Dr. Wright and his amazing team have taken care of my two cats and two dogs since I have moved here 5 years ago. Since I first walked through the doors, the whole team has taken care of the routine annual checkups and vaccines and the emergencies with nothing but absolute professionalism and care. They run a clean, quiet office and it is clear they really care for all animals (and their owners). I have brought in a few strays over the years and they have bent over backwards to help me out. They are very accomodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I cannot say enough about Dr. Wright and his team!

Their staff is knowledgeable and compassionate! When my 14 yo dog had to be put down he spent time the week before his passing in their office. Not only did they give him top notch treatment, they loved on him and helped me through the hardest decision of my life. I also have a rescue dog that is fearful of strangers. Dr. Wright is very gentle and his staff takes the extra time to make her feel calm. The waiting room is never crowded, they don’t push unnecessary services to raise the bill, they aren’t booked up months in advance, and most importantly, they treat you and your pet like family.

Dr. Wright and his staff at the Lakewood Veterinary Center care for our Pekingeses as if they were their own. Dr. Wright was able to diagnose Duke and provide the correct medication when other vets were not able to do so. They always seem to fit us in when an emergency is needed and are timely when appointments are made. I also like the email and text reminders to confirm appointments and when it is time for annual checkups. Princess, Duke and Fiona will not go anywhere else. Thank you Lakewood Veterinary Center.

I have been taking my pets( 2 dogs/cat) to Lakewood Veterinary Center and Dr. Wright for the last 7 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the care they have provided for our animals. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is very accommodating in regards to quick turnaround times for appointments. I cannot say enough about Dr. Wright. He is very easy going and a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable; my wife and I trust his decision and diagnosing capabilities very much. About 15 months ago we had to put our cat Hugo down as he was sick from chronic renal failure. This was a tough time for us. Dr. Wright and his staff we very compassionate and we appreciated everything they did at that time. I absolutely would recommend all of their services without reservation.

Dr. Wright and his staff are incredibly kind and (important for a veterinary office) compassionate. They understand you and your pets' anxiety over being injured or sick, they're great with the basics like vaccinations and physicals, and they love me and my dogs! They're timely in making an appointment that fits my schedule when I call; they give great referrals (I found my groomer for my older dog with special needs); and Dr. Wright's staff of vet techs are as awesome as he is! Highly recommend!
