Dr. Carroll is the most caring vet I've ever dealt with in Texas. He is always on time, knowledgeable, gentle and always listens. His team knows my dog and always considers his comfort and needs when treating him...he's a quirky dog not denying that...so a vet that can mix practice with his quirks is what I need. He knows us and always connects the dots. I've been robbed by some vets here and Dr. Carroll is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to anyone. LOVE THIS CLINIC!

Dr. Carroll is the best vet on the planet! I'm taking my third Cocker Spaniel, Kramer to him after seeing him for almost 20 years, and Kramer loves him as much as Sadie did. I've moved across town, but go out of my way to see Dr. Carroll 'cause he rocks!

The best vet I've ever had Dr. Carroll ( and staff). I have been using Dr Carroll's office for about 15 years. He has great compassion, shoots straights, offers the most practical ( and cost effective) treatments for your pets. He acts in the best interest of your "patient", not necessarily you. Meaning, he will tell you if you need to cut their weight down, change something, or even a nudge on a grooming. He really loves the animals. A few yrs ago, after treating my one bitch for 7-8 years, when it came time to put her down, he even got a bit choked up during the procedure. You will not find a better, and more cost effective vet ( And his teeth cleanings, which he stresses for heart health, the price cannot be beat.) He wants healthy dogs coming in his clinic. Great staff as well, very consistent and accomodating

I took my mature lab mix to get fixed here and had a great experience. Not to mention the great price. They charged me half of what I was quoted by vita pet our whatever it's called. Needless to say this is my new vet. My girlfriend referred me to them and she swears by them as well. Highly recommended!!!

I have lived in Dallas for 22 years and only recently discovered that a place like Preston Hollow Pet Clinic existed. Until now, I was developing a very low opinion of vets in general due to the terrible experiences I have had regarding the unnecessary price hikes and over charges for little things. I have 2 dogs which has made it a nightmare. Last week my little white Schnauzer Winston had to have his eye removed because of side affects of going blind from a stroke this year. He is doing great and I can't say enough good things about how happy I am I discovered this clinic. They make it possible to own a pet again! I wish there were more clinics like this around! I can finally take my dogs to the vet without worrying about money over their health. My dogs thank you very much too.
