There's not many people I trust my fur babies with, but I never hesitate with these guys. I have literally never had a bad experience there. Over the years my dogs have stayed boarded for a week, had surgeries, dental work, broken bones- you name it- and these folks have always been professional and friendly. Love them!

We have had a wonderful experience during the time we've taken our puppy to Rutherford; it's been approximately 7 months since we started going to Rutherford, and their veterinary care, their staff, and services have all been fantastic. Our puppy abolutely loves going to daycare, we love the webcams that allow us to watch her throughout the day, and we get an "action shot" of her playing sent to us midday via email each time she goes for daycare, in addition to a take home photo of her when we pick her up. Rutherford is open 7 days a week (beyond awesome) and is AAHA certified, which assures higher standards. After years at another local vet that cost twice as much for half the service with no personal touch, I am thrilled to have found Rutherford.

I can't praise this team or this clinic enough. They know what they are doing, and are also happy to discuss alternative treatments for your animal's condition if you need that as well. From the front office staff to the medical staff, they are friendly, professional, and above all, they care about animals. Our cat has enjoyed a terrific life thanks to Rutherford, and to Dr. Rowan in particular, who has a real way with older (OK, really, really old) animals and who really has a great instinct for treatment. With her advice and guidance, our CRF cat returned to feeling better and acting younger than he had in years -- I know he may have been exceptional, but I credit her treatment and her understanding of the older animal to giving him an extra year and a half (so far) of a great life. These folks really care about your animals as if they were there own. That says a lot.

I've had nothing but good experiences with my three dogs and cat here. The staff cares about the animals, and tries hard to accomodate difficult pets. Some of the younger vets will try to suggest treatments, especially when it comes to end of life, but I do appreciate the option even if we don't use it. Good people trying hard...
