The Doctors and their staff are efficient and caring people. I brought my lab in for a teeth cleaning and they called me afterwards and told me how he did and when I could come and get him. Upon arrival, they ushered me into a room and the Doctor came in and spoke with me about my dogs procedure and gave me instructions for the next day. Everything was done with care. I even go a follow up call the next day to see how my little guy was feeling. My animals are treated to well, that I cannot imagine taking them anywhere else!

Set up an appointment to get specific things done for my pet, in which prices were discussed over the phone. When another person actually took the pet to the appointment, we were charged over $100 for what was implied to be included in the check-up. On top of that, the vaccinations I specifically said were needed were not even done!
