My husband and I first visit wasn't very convincing. We waited in the waiting room for a while, but I expected that since its a walk in clinic. I wasn't too crazy about the vet that we had while we were there on out first visit (I forget his name) When we were finished we made a follow up Appt. on a Saturday at 1:30 PM We arrived at that Appt. on the same date and time is was scheduled, and come to find out they only have appointment from 8 - 10AM and they stop excepting walk-ins at 1:00PM. So, the lady that made our appointment had no idea what she was doing or she was just too distracted by playing with her phone. The only reason why I'm giving Crossroads a Three Star is because of Dr. Lenox, he was very kind, gave us a lot of information about our GSD. I wouldn't necessary recommend this Animal Hospital, but if you want a great Veterinarian, I would defiantly recommend Dr. Lenox.
Mark Lennox is the best Vet I've ever seen. Most of the doctors and techs here are really good. HOWEVER, if you are going to use them for your animals be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. Appointments are merely suggestions and you can be there from an hour to three before you are actually seen. Oh! Don't expect anything vaguely resembling customer service or even real courtesy from the front desk. The young women on the front desk are more interested in gossiping than taking care of clients. And don't bother to ask a question or - heaven forbid - actually complain about anything unless you like people being exceptionally rude to you. These guys used to be really great, but not any more. I'm looking for another vet service. Sorry, Mark. I really like you, but not enough to put up with the total lack of care and attention by your staff.
WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT., When ask about the wait, I was told we probably have emergencies or something. (?) When I made the appt. I was told they could get me in and out; but I discovered making an appt. is just a number & doesn't mean anything, so be ready to WAIT & get excuses and endless rhetoric.........and weird looks if you say anything. I finally left. This is the second time I've tied up hours of my day with this unorganized facility. I've already found another facility for my pets and won't be having to WAIT.
Cross roads hasn't ever let my animals down, they truly care. The best Animal hospital in town.🐕🐈🐭🐢🐇👍
This place is the best!!! Everyone was so helpful and considerate when our Chihuahua broke her leg and needed surgery. You can tell that they really care.
