A wonderful and caring place to take your pet. This staff really cares and loves what they do and that translates into wonderful and empathetic service. I can't say enough about how well Peanut and I were treated.

Rude, bottom line is more important than taking care of your animal, unnecessary work done, made my vet wait seven hours to get report from the night and X-rays

I took my sister and her 11 month old pit bull here because he had injured his leg and we thought it was broken. He (Pacino) is a very friendly pup that has never harmed another creature or human. When the receptionist came in the room she began to tell everyone about how Pachino seemed like an aggressive dog and that he had no social skill. She complained that they couldn't get a decent analysis on him because he "keeps moving and pooping on himself", I believe it could be because he is in pain and scared since he doesn't see anyone familiar. We explained to her that he goes to the dog park weekly and plays well with all the dogs. We also have 3 other dogs including a 6 month chiwawa that he is very gentle with. She told us he "has potential to be a good dog" she also said "do you know what we do to these dogs when they bite someone? We put them to sleep", which I believe should be for any dog that is aggressive not just pit bulls. I don't understand how someone that doesn't like a certain breed of animal can work full time at a place where they are supposed to care for these beautiful creatures. I don't advise anyone with pit bulls to go here!

Loved it very nice and knowledgeable was able to help my new kitten

I brought them a very sick cat that I had JUST adopted. She had a URI among other things.....everyone jumped in to help her. She was there several days with a trip to another Urgent Care center for tests before returning to them. When they released her back to me she was doing much better but still needed much care. She is doing so much better now thanks to all the doctors and staff. Would not hesitate to take any of my pets there...they truly treat everyone's pets with the utmost care and concern!!!
