Between my sister and I, Doctor Shaffer has been our vet for six pets. He LOVES his job, and it shows. He's always wonderfully caring and thorough with our pets, especially our coonhound. Talks to them and loves on them without pampering or sounding wierd. And his staff is always kind and professional. They are great about making follow-up calls too. THE best local vet. I would recommend him to anyone!
