I came here a few weeks back with my 12 yr old chihuahua. I told the vet that she was bleeding out of her nipples. They took her for atleast 4 hrs then called me and said they didnt know what I was talking about. I then told them that they needed to check again, so they kept her for another 3 hrs and still couldnt find anything. So I ended up just going to pick her up and sure enough as soon as I squeezed her top nipple.. blood squirted out. The vet then took a sample and I never heard a call back. I ended up just doing my own research and found out my girl has breast cancer :(

Dr and staff care about you and your pet! i would recommend this banfield hospital to everyone! My puppy was not having enough socialization. Dr Langevin recognizes the problem and give helpful tips, and instruct the whole staff to help me and my puppy. this is a team who recognizes beyond the physical illness and gives help. mental/physical/behavioral are all part of the well being. thanks you all.

If I could rate this place with no stars I would. I had a 7 month old puppy and she got pretty sick. Without wasting anytime I took her there around 11:30am... Paid $400 and they told me everything would be fine.. They finished thier shift at 7:00pm and left her alone in a cage for 14 hours. They open at 9:00 and waited till 9:30 to call and say she didnt make it through the night. The nurse talks in a low voice like she feels sorrow but all they want is your money. Do not leave a member of your family alone in this place.

Poor Service! Had a follow-up visit scheduled for my dog, but they cancelled the appointment upon arrival. The reception staff said they had too many appointments and only one doctor, therefore, they had no time to fulfill the appointment. They wanted to reschedule....lol.. Do you think I'll be back to this location after taking off work and spending two hours driving for this appointment.... If they cannot perform the simply task of keeping an appointment, how can they be trusted to provide appropriate medical care in a timely manner! Additionally, what makes them believe their time is more valuable than mine?

This pet hospital has the worst, the most insentive and rudest people that I have ever dealt with. They would not treat my puppy because he was too sick. They would not even touch him or treat him and left him in a cold cage for 10 hours to rot. Now thanks to these people, my pet is dead. He died shortly after i picked him up from here. If you love and care for your pets, please do not bring them here!! They do no care about your pets at all!!! Also a worker there named Liz is very quik at talking back to you and using smart remarks to backfire at you like making fun of you. I am warning pet lovers out there, do not come to this place. Your anmial is better off somewhere else. These people do not know anything, are not professional, and will not help you in anything. RIP: Charlie Brown March 25,2008 to July 10,2008
