I have been a customer of this animal hospital for over 30 yrs, even more if you include my parents bringing our animals there. The above comment about Charlene is way out of character for her, she is one of my favorite people there and has always been considerate and professional. Either party possibly was having a bad day, because I have never ever known of her to be unkind. I don't usually comment on these type of things but this slanted view needed to be seen from another side.

I love this animal hospital. Mostly, I trust the staff and doctor at this hospital with my precious pets. They always remember our pets names and are ALWAYS kind to my whole family. Charlene is wonderful, too.

I don't understand the man criticizing Charlene. She is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Maybe he got up on the wrong side of the bed that day.

Charlene is the mean animal at this clinic - She sits behind the counter and attacks customers when they do anything but pay their bill or leave her alone. She has no business dealing with customers at all. Too bad really because it seems like the vet is a nice person who enjoys her job. At least we can hope they have given Charlene all her shots and that she is not rabid.
