The staff and Dr. Bob were great! They were very friendly and professional. Dr. Bob was thorough in the examination and gave me a lot of good information on the health of my dog. His assistant was also very informed and answered any questions I had. It was a great experience and I will keep going to East Lancaster Animal Hospital for all of the checkups and medical visits.

The charge $90 to spay a feral cat and when I asked where is someplace that does low-cost all she would say is "I don't know". BS, you can't tell me that a vet doesn't know what clinics do low-cost feral cat spaying. I will never goes to a place that lies to potential customers.

We are new to the area and looking for a local vet for our three animals, one of which who has had a history of seizures. I called to see if it was safe to do a neuter on a male dog who has had seizures- this was a question that could have been answered over the phone. Instead, I was told to come in (and pay the $40 fee for the appointment) for an exam even though I told the receptionist over the phone that my dog had had a comprehensive exam 2 months ago and checked out fine. The doctor spent five minutes with my dog, looked into his ears and listened to his heart and said the neuter was safe. He didn't listen to any of my accounts of my dog's medical history, and explained 'learned behavior' that my dog doesn't even have. When I asked why the visit was necessary the manager, Kathy, said that the doctor went to school and that he would like to be paid! We're never going back.
