Ive been going here for years and they are always very sweet, knowledgeable and caring towards my pets. My dogs have gotten stitches here and healed beautifully. My kitten recently got neutered and he also has healed beautifully and one of my dogs survived Parvo Virus because they were willing to give me help and advice when every other vet office told me to put down my puppy. I will continue to take my pets here.

I have never in my life walked out of an appointment before being treated, but today when I visited Frontier Veterinary Hospital in White Settlement to update my cat's shot, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back then sat an additional 20 minutes in a dingy patient room with stains and dirt all over the floor and used q-tips on the counter while listening to the staff joke and laugh in the waiting room until I packed my cat in her carrier and walked out. I know my cat isn't a person, but that doesn't mean I don't want her to be treated in the best facilities with the best staff possible. I couldn't believe Frontier Veterinary Hospital would allow a first time patient to be treated in such a manner or maintain such poor facilities.

I wish I had read these reviews before I took my puppy in. He was very sick and stayed for 2 days when they called and state he was much better and was ready to come home but, they wanted him to come back next week for his shots only to have my husband and kids call me after having him home for 4 hours that he had died. I was told one price and paid the depoist only to have my husband pick the puppy up and pay the balance to be charged another $90.00 that i wasn't informed of. Why test a puppy for Parvo twice ?? :( RIP Toby

I used to love this place when Dr Stumbo and Dr Koski were there. It just isn't the same since Dr. Stumbo sold the practice and the new company raised the prices. I believe I will start going to a different vet soon.

Been to this animal clinic three times basically because it is right near my home and the prices are cheap. You get what you pay for. The doctor that we have seen all three times is Dr Stumbo who is very indifferent and has NO personality at all, acts like I am bothering him by being there. I'll ask a question and get no response. I have left two messages at two different times and never received a call back. I was just in there today after work and informed the man at the desk I had not received a callback from two days ago, and he just looked at me. Wow...I would be fired were I work! If you don't care how you or your pets are treated then go to Frontier per hospital. They have HORRIBLE customer service!
