Absolutely amazing service, the people are extremely nice and informative. (: They are the one and only place I will ever take any of my pets to see. I took my water dragon today and was surprised with all the information that they had for me to be able to take better and proper care for him. Telling all my friends and family about them! Their love for animals was very apparent when they were playing with my little dude

We recently took our Maltese, Cody to Ridglea West Animal Hospital for his yearly exam. Dr. Verwers spent a great deal of time with us advising on how to best care for Cody to aid in his health and longevity. My wife and I really enjoyed the information and the time spent with Dr. Verwers as he was very kind and compassionate to us and our pet. We would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone wishing the very best care for their wonderful pet. Everyone was very nice and helpful and they highly deserve 5 stars!

We had a great experience with Dr. Craig Verwers. Our office love bird, allegedly, was allowed into a room with a ceiling fan that was running and was hit. The obvious result on the bird was a broken tibia on his left leg. We took the bird to Dr. Verwers after a recommendation from a friend. He examined the bird and took an X-Ray to determine the extent of the injury and exact location of the break. Lucky for the bird, it was a candidate for surgery to insert a pin inside the bone and connect the two sections that were broken. The cost of this surgery was in line with another alleged estimate from the person who allowed the bird into the room with the fan and used as justification by him and others in the office to argue that nothing could be done for the bird. Several other office members thought otherwise and one office member volunteered to pay for the procedure to insert a pin on her leg and the office will conduct a fund raiser to try to pay some of the money back to that pure soul and great guy (I am that guy so I am being biased ! ). BUT, I can say that the folks at Ridglea did a very nice job on the bird and now her prospects for a recovery and future use of the leg are very high. If I lived near that clinic in Fort Worth, I would take my own two dogs and two cats there (YES, I have too many animals and cannot take another one in).

Although we're not really clients to this location, they've always been really nice about making sure i get the right information about whatever animal i'm calling about. From my husband's exotic lizard to my pet rabbit, we've always felt well-informed on what we needed. Not to mention the staff are just amazingly nice.
