I am new to the area and stumbled upon Rickords. I have boarded both of my dogs and have brought in my 14 year old Labrador for a checkup. I was very pleased with the attention and level of caring service I received. They are great and I highly recommend them.

We have been taking our 4 wonderful dogs to Dr. Rickords for the past 3 years. The staff at Rickords are absolutely wonderful! From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and they treat our dogs with the best of care!! They are kind and compassionate when our pets are ill. Docktor Rickords was amazing when we adopted our Honey from the Humane Society. She is a polydactyl (6 toes on each paw) and extra large breed. She had a couple of issues with her eyes getting gunked up plus a couple of other issues. He and his staff were very kind and loving to her. Both our cats go to get their kitty caps on their toes and nails trimmed every couple of months...the doctor and staff are amazing...5 Stars!

I already had a good vet locally in Keller. When I adopted my new dog, we went to the former owners vet for an initial checkup -- Rickords. While I wasn't too fond of the waiting area and checkin, I quickly grew to like the staff. Dr Rickord was very professional and caring. Not too long later our dog had an injury. Dr Rickord and his staff were excellent in the care of my newly adopted dog. He also stuck by his word when it came to billing. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Rickord. Its worth the drive.

I took our chihuahua, Mia, to see Dr. Rickords after she had been injured by another dog. The staff there were very empathetic, as well as Dr. Rickords. After examining her, he explained all the possible options. Though it was obvious that I was going to have to make that painful decision, he was very compassionate and thoroughly explained the procedure to ensure that I fully understood the process. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of everyone there. We will be making Dr. Rickords our veterinarian for all of our pets.
