This place is AMAZING! This is customer service like I have never experienced. We have been bringing our babies here for years, and I trust them completely. Dr. Susan and the entire staff make us feel like they love our cats just as much as we do. There is something to be said about the passion with which they care for their patients and the humans who bring them. Most of the time when we call we get Missy, Kris, or Nicole and they are SO patient and helpful. They answer questions, share ideas, and treat us so kindly. They remember our names and our cats names, and seem genuinely happy to see us all. We drive 40 miles each way to bring them here because there is not another veterinary clinic that treats people and cats with the care that these ladies do. Thank you all for being such a special part of our family!

Dr. Susan was wonderful as usual! She always provides personal attention and truly cares for my kitties like I do. The new renovations look amazing and the new additions, like the Feleaway, made my kitty more calm and the visit more pleasant. The staff at TCM are fantastic. We took our kitty in for a spay and never once felt nervous about having to leave her overnight, because we knew she was in great hands. Dr. Susan called personally to tell us when the procedure was over and how it went, and the office called us a few days later to check up on our kitty. You can tell that they genuinely care, and I trust them 100%

I have been going to The Cat's Meow for about 13 years. I haven't had any other vet treat my cats the way they do. My senior cat was acting like she was dying so I had to take her to an emergency clinic. The clinic said my cat had a back issue! I wasn't going to take that answer so I got her in as soon as The Cat's Meow opened and found out that she probably had a stroke because her blood pressure was so high! Dr. Susan found this out by just looking at her eyes with a special tool. I believe she wouldn't be alive today if I hadn't taken her there. She is doing well and on meds to control her blood pressure now. If you want the best possible cat care, this is the place to go!
