We recently had to put our beloved cat to sleep after being with us for 17 years. The staff at VCA could not have been more professional or more kind. We more than appreciate it.

So.... Yeah... I'm not a fan. The reviews were good; so I brought my lil' guys here. They are not only expensive, but seem pretty darn incompetent. I hope you like flushing your money down the toilet because they can't even diagnose an animal for under $800.

Took my cat here today who was very nervous and panicky. The receptionist was very kind and took me immediately to the "cats specific" room where they have a pheromone plug-in. My cat calmed down and whenever the vet. assistant came in, she was able to perform the exam without any issues. She also answered most of my questions and what she wasn't able to, the vet did. They also informed me of available and necessary vaccines. I love the staff here and they will be my go-to guys whenever I need someone. Keep in mind they are 24 hours in case of emergency! Oh, also, I was VERY skeptical about this cat pheremone they sell, but when they sprayed it in my cat's Pet Taxi, she calmed right down for the ride home! Seriously awesome staff!

My family experienced a most unfortunate ordeal Thanksgiving weekend. The staff on hand during our emergency was most compationate and understanding. They were very accomdating, informative and HONEST. The warm heartedness of the staff really helped my family when we had to put our best friend down. ALSO, the charges were fair, given the circumstances. Most importantly we were able to leave there knowing that what we did was best for our pet as they gave us all of our options and expected outcomes. Thank you VCA, the kindness of your staff will not be forgotten.
