Dr. Cass is by far the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in over 40 years of being a dog owner.. She is personable, professional, honest, kind and really seems to love animals. I can not say enough good things about Westcliff Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Cass!

Dr.Cass is the best and kindest hearted vet! You will never be rushed in an appointment. You will never go in for one thing and be convinced your animal needs a thousand other treatments. She will take the most hollistic approach possible, while still being practical and making sure your animal is taken care of and gets better. She is understanding and accomidating with scheduling appointments. I feel so lucky to have her taking care of my pets!

Dr. Cass has been there for many of our pets! She is never in a hurry and spends quality time with the humans. She explains any diagnosis in simple to understand language but with respect and compassion. Her staff stands heads and shoulders above others as they take the time to help us humans. They called us a few times when we were not sure if it was our old dog's time to cross the rainbow bridge. She is still with us. I can't say enough about Dr. Cass and her staff!
