Here's the deal: If you want a Dr. for your pets who is very skilled, knowledgeable, readily shares information with you about your pet and is reasonably priced, this is the place for you. In return for these attributes you will have to: Wait (sometimes quite a while) even if you have an appointment, visit a building that is less than stellar maintenance-wise (understatement) and put up with what seems like chaos from the viewpoint of the observer. I used to live in Garland but have moved to Forney and I still drive all the way to Club Hill because of Dr. DeWitt and I've been her customer for 12 yrs now. I have given this place 5 stars even with the ambiance and wait times as she's the best vet I've found. Her years of experience give her a wealth of knowledge and she really cares about her patients! I have never boarded a pet there so have no input on that topic.

Kudos to Dr. DeWitt. With her expertise she enabled our cat Red to live over ten years with feline ashma (sp). Together with our 21 yr. old cat Kelly, she has treated both cats for well over ten years; we have boarded them many times. Her staff are wonderful. I have yet to find a vet to match Dr. DeWitt's expertise and wonderful care and follow up here in Arizona where we moved over a year ago. We truly miss. her. Jennifer and Bob McAllister

Dr. Jan clearly knows what she is doing and we are happy to take our kids to her. the prices were also very reasonable.

Dr. Jan's experience and her heart felt care for Animals makes for quality pet care. The busiest veterinary office I've ever seen.

I took my cat here last year when he was sick. The Dr. immediately knew what was wrong with him and gave me a couple choices for me to choose from for making him well. They showed me how to insert the IV in to him for his liquids and made sure I was confident enough to do it at home. unfortunately my cat didn't get well and I had to take him back up there to be put down. I did have to wait a long time but it was last minute. They were really nice about it. I have taken my new cat there to fix an eye issue and haven't had any more problems with it. they are well educated and affordable. going in tomorrow to get my cat neutered.
