worse place ever ... nurses treatee my puppy very bad report to the dr n nothing was done

I liked it at first for my dog has had shots that helped him. I hate it now because my dog ate poison,and the staff there said they couldn't do anything...other clinics could have,then he died a couple minutes later😢😪😥.so i basically hate it,never are they getting my service. and at the end we still played like tf

I was referred only because my sister in-law took my dog there along with her dogs to get checked up. I looked up their website and noticed appointments were offered so I took the time to fill out the information online and waited for a phone call for verification. A couple of days past and no one ever called to get verification. I asked my sister in-law to ask about walk-ins since I was at work and I figured I'd take in my dog after work. She texts that they're not answering and thought they were busy. Not a good sign so far. So I thought I'll just "walk-in" since it's just a simple check-up. I get there and the place looks "neglected" outside and in. There were so many patients and for a minute I had second thoughts of "waiting" but I thought why not...my dog's last check-up records were here. I signed in and waited....and waited and waited. Soon after about a couple of hours I began noticing people that signed in "after" me were being called. I ignored the first two, but after about the fifth and sixth, I had enough. I wasted 2 1/2 hours of not being seen at all. So I asked someone nicely for his records so that I could leave but even that took too long. Unfortunately, no one ever got back to me with my dog's file, so I left empty handed. I'm glad my dog didn't requiring "emergent" care. Take your chances. I guess you do get what you pay for. Poor customer service.

Worst place ever!!!! We brought a dog to their clinic they told us the xray would cost $8200.00!!! The other clinic only charged us $92.00! This is ridiculous.... affordable my a**.

it was my first visit. the clinic seems clean & organized. dr. reddy & his staff are attentive and cooperative. positive impression after the 1st visit
