Barbra recently took care of our two cats while we were away on vacation. She did an amazing job! She wrote detailed communications of each day with them and it was clear she took the time to play and give them loving! She also was really great with the cats during the pre visit and made me feel very relaxed that the cats were in good hands. Barbra also made sure to clean up litter on the floor and took out all of the trash, keeping the apartment cleaner than when we left it! Diane, the manager, gives very prompt email responses and was great to work with. I will be using them again in the future to take care of my babies!

They are really great folks and we use them all the time for our two furry daughters. They send us updates via text and email to know that our babies are ok. I highly recommend them.

We used their services for the in-home administration of medicine to our beloved cat. They were always prompt, efficient and skilled; but most importantly they were tender and compassionate with our kitty. It was so comforting to have their knowledge and expertise; we would highly recommend them for their competent, dependable and caring service.

While I am not negatively rating this business overall, I am not endorsing them either. My first experience with this business seemed to go flawlessly. I called and gone online to provide some client information which included my payment information. They came to my home, interviewed me and met my cats . I asked if they wanted payment up front or if they wanted to wait until after. "I wouldn't turn it down" replied the husband of owner of the business. So I wrote a check for the full amount. When I returned home I found they had left daily progress notes and was pleased with the service. Until a few days later. I had checked my bank statement only to find they had cashed my check AND charged me though my debit card. I emailed the company and they responded immediately. They saw hteir error and within two days I had a received check to cover the duplicate charge. Since they handled this so swiftly and were very apologetic I decided to give them another chance. I had gone online to request the services for my recent trip. I had to complete each days information and provide specific information. On the last day they were to only to come in the morning and leave my spare key and my only door remote on the counter just like the first sitting job. I returned home to find they had been there and left the progess notes including the one from this morning. I did not find my key or remote. But I did find a red bag with the morning's litter box waste on the counter. I called and left a message about the key and remote. The owner called back and left me a message stating the sitter (her husband) completely forgot to leave the ley. She said he would come right away and call when he arrived. He did not call. I was in the bathroom when he arrived pounding on my door. I did notmention the bag of waste in the counter to see if to would be mentioned. It was not. "Sorry for the inconvienence. I gotta be on my way" was all that was said and he left. While thier sericeto my pets appears to be excellent, their service to me is less than average.

Truly love this company! When you use Animal Companions, a stress free vacation is guaranteed. Prior to a seven day cruise, our future companion came by to meet us. We immediately knew everything was going to be just fine. Our cats instantly felt comfortable. It was enjoyable reading their daily detailed diary. Every interaction with our cats was documented upon each visit. Our sitter identified their personalities correctly. The lover, the talker, the player and the shy one certainly kept them busy (4 in all plus a parakeet). Animal Companions even collected our mail and watered the plants on our balcony. Now, that is excellent service. Wonderful experience.
