I appreciate having a knowledgeable staff and a doctor that doesn't sugar coat things for me. I was given several estimates to choose from. I appreciate the doctor on duty making an estimate that fits into my budget. I may have had to wait 3 hours, but honestly, I've had to wait longer in a HUMAN ER! I know now for future reference that as a responsible pet owner, I need to have some money put away for a crazy emergency. I've also just purchased the pet insurance to help get reimbursed should something crazy happen in the future!!! Thank you for helping Lucky! Hopefully we won't have to see you again!!!! But in case we do have an emergency, I will definitely be coming back to yall!!!!!!! You just can't be quality service!
