2 very big issues. 1. the grooming salon looks like it's never seen a mop. Dust and fur EVERYWHERE! i understand being busy no time to sweep but some of that dirt obviously took a while to accumulate. In 7 years i've never seen it look clean in there. 2. The veterinary staff there is sketchy and homicidal!!!! If you love your pet or at least dont want them to die, do not take your pet here to be spayed or neutered. My close friend took his adult cat to get neutered. This wonderful/beautiful/ sweet cat later died. He couldnt walk still a few days after the surgery? called the vet they said this was normal. I said that it doesnt sound normal. It didnt to me, i've had many cats. A few days later Cat died at the banfield clinic on 1960 E. Where they were unable to give a medical explination as to why a perfectly normal, healthy cat died., They answered him then with an ultimatum saying he can either have his dead friends body to keep or they can do an autopsy and have him cremated. My friend made the wrong decision. Its understandable when you just heard someone you love is dead. Thier corpse is the last thing you have left. IDK what they're trying to cover up or if theyre just incompetent. DONT GO HERE

Waiting time is horrible!!!! Had an appointment at 5 pm and its 6 already an haven't been seen. Not coming back!
