I am very pleased with this hospital. Everyone is very kind and informative.
I have been taking my dog to the Banfield at Willowbrook for preventative care for many years. Well, with an unfortunate downturn in his health (he was almost 13yrs) I became very familiar with the nurses and vet there. It came time to euthanize him and they were very understanding. They let me spend at least two hours with my dog in one of the rooms waiting for me to say my goodbye to him. They made my dog as comfortable as possible throughout the entire time.
