I agree with the post below me. I liked the doctors but the female staff is very rude! I had an appointment scheduled and the staff called me on that day and told me a new time. I informed her of the correct time (the time that I scheduled for and also the time shown on the my banfield website) but she kept arguing about it. She also laughed at me and raised her voice. I am NEVER going back.

We liked our doctor but the staff was plain awful, we made our appointment for a certain time and then when the date came closer they called us to say it was at a different time. Nope, clearly on my paper you wrote 9am not 2pm. We had to cancel that appointment because we couldn't make afternoon appointments, exactly why we chose 9am. Then another time our dog was sick and they told us they couldn't get her in for 2 weeks!!! TWO WEEKS! The doctor didn't even have 5 min to look her over? They accept walk-ins but said we couldn't come. Why? Why can't we take our sick puppy? We ended up going to another vet closer to us and the very day our contract with the wellness plan is up we are switching all 4 pets to the new vet by our house.

I have the insurance plan there for several dogs for 6-7 years. My beloved friend Max passed away and they were very nice and sensitive through it. Not exactly something anyone want to talk about but they have always been good to my dogs and I.

The staff are always professional and welcoming. The wellness plan is great, beneficial for my pets and pocket book. This is a great option for those on a budget who still care for their pet's health and well being.

This banfield is ok, the nurses are pretty nice. The doctors are fine, although I don't like the idea that you get a different vet everytime you go, and the wait times are crazy even on a slow day where I was their first appointment it took them like an hour and a half for a regular check up. I like their wellness plan, so that is mostly why I keep going there.
