Terrible experience! Every time they made us wait for 1-2 hours! They did an awful job on spaying my kitty, it took my kitty 2-3 weeks to recover! Do not buy any of their annual plans, because they will automatically renew it for next year's plan! I told the vet I didn't want to renew, they renewed it anyways!

It's a terrible pet hospital the worst to me, what happened was I arrived at 4 or so right yeah, we waited about 15 minutes in line then sat down for another 30 then finally got into the room. We waited about 5 minutes after that then a nurse came in. It made our dog cry then we waited for the doctor. The wait was more than an hour. If you want a good time waster here's a good place to go. More things: * Didn't even check her * Unorganized * Slow * Too talkative * Seems to hate the dog You know what? I'm not surprised the dog tried to bite the doctor. So again if you wanna wait 2 hours for service here's a good place to go!

I've taken my cat here multiple times for hair loss. Still loosing hair. She started having trouble breathing this week. They take walk-ins, and I think 3 visits qualifies me as an established client. Got there 40 minutes before they closed and they refused to see me, even though the vet I saw the last time I was there told them she [the cat] should be seen. My cat is still very sick. Caring for animals apparently isn't a priority to them.

Had to make an appointment, couldn't, told to come in anyway. Waited for 1.5 hours to be seen, (I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE 30MIN) TRY TO OVRRSELL PRODUCT, DID NOT SEEM TO CAREER ABOUT PET. Most the staff is very polite and friendly. Do not like the male doctor here at all. Dr. K. HOWEVER, THE BANFEILD IN KATY ON FRY RD IS WAYYY BETTER. Ask for Dr. CHEN.
