Excellent!!! I called Copperfield purely by mistake thinking they were another vet in Cypress area. Glad that I did! My oldest girl had a bad ear infection and needed to be seen last minute on a Saturday and they worked her in. After two weeks, her infection was cleaned up and she was able to get her boosters and chipped. Then I took my other girl in the following week for her boosters. Dr. Goldburger sat on the floor with my girls and loved on them like they were her own. The staff also didn't mind me bringing my kids along and treated us with respect and didn't get the least bit annoyed by the loudness. LOL. Thank you, team! :-) See y'all in another year!

I have used them before for shots but found them highly overpriced. We actually had a major problem the day after Thanksgiving this year. Our oldest Chihuahua managed to find a brick of rat poison in the garage and ate over half of it. Luckily she carried it in the house and my wife saw it. Took the dog to another clinic around the corner who claim to be a pet hospital, They had me wait around and then said there was nothing they could do. Refereed me to a clinic by phone and as I frantically punched in the number Copperfield came up in my phone.They told me to come right in. Took the dog there and they immediately went to work on her, making her throw up and then put her on IV as well as giving her large dose of charcoal pills. They kept her overnight for observation and fluids and the whole bill was under 500.00. They also called to check on her over the rest of the weekend. They were very good and I will be going back to them with the rest of the dogs from now on. This new management are really good people who treat the animals well, are highly competent, caring and do not gouge you on pricing. This is a major change from the old management. Give them a try, we are very happy with the results of the recent problem, Natalie Goldberger and her staff are the best.

I'm so happy now that this clinic has a new vet, the last vet used to handle my dog like it was an object and would hurt my dog. The new vet is amazing! When I took my dog again this week for a check up he was terrified because of past experiences. The new vet took him to the back and wow.. I was amazed of what I saw 10 minutes later, my dog was loving and licking all over the vet! Not only did the prices go down but the staff was so professional compared to the last. I will definitely be coming back here!

POOR - I went to this vet for YEARS!!! Not sure what happened with their quality but it went downhill. The Doctors and staff failed to diagnose my dog with leukemia. I expressed my concerns about my dog to the staff each time I was there and was told he had dermatitis. I would say that at the very least they were negligent and failed to diagnose. Their prices are extremely high. Three time more than other vets I have been to.
