I called at 7:40AM to find out the opening hours and the phone kept ringing and ringing, then it picked up and said “Cypress Falls” and it disconnected, I called again, same thing. Then I called at 9:30AM and I asked the woman who answered, if they have evening appointments, she got in panic and said “What today” . I said no, I just wanted to know if they have evening appointments, she said, we are open on Saturday also, that was not my question. I called back at about 1:50PM and they woman who answered did not know the opening hours and had to look it up, then I asked her about evening hours and she reacted funny about it also, she said , well you can drop of the animal for vaccination. I DID NOT SAY ONE WORD ABOUT VACCINATION OR ANYTHING. I only wanted to know if they have evening appointments. OBVIOSLY NOT. I hang up on her, I don’t need that, and they don’t listen and just jump to conclusions.

After living in Houston for 16 years and taking all of our pets to a different vet, I am so glad we changed to Cypress Falls Animal Hospital! I trust the doctors with our "furry family" and feel very comfortable with the techs and front office staff as well. I am so glad we switched!!

For a bit over a year I have taken my Pit Bull/Black Mouth Cur mix to this clinic and it's really nice to have a place where you aren't treated like a number. Their staff is courteous, and knowledgeable, I'd recommend them whole-heartedly!

I had my Schnauzer treated there today after being bitten by another dog. Doc Betty and her team were first rate. The costs were very transparent and reasonable and there was no suggestion to perform unwarranted lab tests or x-rays. The knowledge, courtesy and attention were very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in bringing my pet back.

Since both of the Dr's have moved out here, they have been my vet. I always feel welcomed and treated as their "only patient" at the time. They are very thorough and make sure everyone is feeling their best. They make sure we have all the necessary tests and exams while taking a personal approach when talking with you. They are familiar with my breed, Japanese Chin, and many vets are not. As the Regional Representative of Japanese Chin Care and Rescue, we also bring our rescue dogs to them. They do more than give them a "once over", they make sure every one of the babies in our care are healthy before moving to their furever homes. I am glad they are in our area and am proud to call them part of the family!
