This past summer my teacup poodle suffered a fall while at a nearby day care facility on a Saturday afternoon. She stopped breathing! They immediately began performing CPR on her and rushed her to Easton Commons Animal Hospital. This is not my normal vet, but my dog was not breathing! They went to the nearest place. Easton Commons actually refused any type of treatment! My dog was not breathing and they refused any assistance at all. Fortunately the caregiver for my dog was licensed in doggie CPR. They rushed her to my vets office who immediately began taking steps to assist. I would never take my dogs to this facility.

I went to get my pet groomed and was disappointed to find my pet still had mats afterwards, which was the main reason for taking her in. She did smell fresh though, but I would have liked a more perfumed smell. Overall, it's fair, but not worth the price they charge you for it.

I've never had an experience like any of the other negative reviewers here. We've been seeing Dr. Osterman for a very long time 8-10 years. He takes wonderful care of our animals and has always taken a pet first approach. We have never been put into a position to question the care of our animals. True there is a cost associated with a quality vet, but i wouldnt go anywhere else. The remaining vet staff is outstanding, not a thing in the world i would complain about. You cannot go wrong taking your animals here.
