They are really great. Stopped by, unannounced, to check on my demon spawn Heeler... and she was totally happy and content. Her little room was clean, and she was outside being played with. Very good group of folks, very competitive prices, and they do walk-ins for nail trimming, and will have you out the door in a matter of minutes.

JVAH saved my dog, Millie. She had chewed up a sago palm trying to get a lizard. I made the decision to drive her from Santa Fe for hospitalization. After hours of care, we got Millie back. I can never repay them for the care they gave to her. It was top notch! The doctor called me morning and night to give me updates on her progress. The drive north was well worth the care we received. Hopefully, we will not need emergency care again, but if we do, I will choose the drive to JVAH!!

After fifty years of moving around in the Houston area, a Houston resident for 82 years, I have found most vet care "OK". For the past ten years my furry friends have had the "outstanding" care of JVAH staff and doctors. I have always been greeted in a welcoming manner, and my pets needs attended to promptly. Dr. Shawhan and Dr. Stenseng are exceptional in the interest of my pets needs and compassion when needed. My cats, Purrrl,and Maggie are indeed fortunate.

JVAH has been fantastic with both my weenies. The doctors are really knowledgeable and the staff is always very accommodating. They're a great group of folks. They treat our babies like it were their babies.

Very nice building! Looks like it would be expensive, but it's pretty reasonably priced considering how professional and knowledgeable all of the staff is. I would trust them 100% with my dog and two cats. Very curtius, considerate, and easy to talk to technicians and doctors. They work with you to help your pet get everything they need, within your wants. Love Them!
