Excellent staff, care and facilities. The staff is always friendly and patient. The exam room is always clean and well tended. They take the time to make sure my very nervous dog gets the best care possible. They have always worked with me on scheduling appointments and offer early drop off. Dr. Rose is our primary vet there. She is WONDERFUL. She makes sure to keep you appraised of what you can expect of your dogs health and is thorough in explaining any condition or medication. The visits may be a bit pricy, but well worth it.

This is a wonderful veterinary clinic. My adopted stray dog was terrified the first time he went inside. In the exam room, the doctor and techs got down on the floor with him and did everything possible to reassure and make him feel safe. The doctor did his examination on the floor and took his time. There were treats for the dog, lots of petting, and lots of patience. I have taken my dog and my cat to this clinic because the entire staff does everything possible to make it as pleasant an experience as possible for their patients.

These guys are awesome! The vets are braniacs, work dilligently to keep up with current practice and strive for the best level of care for your child (aka, pet). The staff members are friendly and down-to-earth, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. Of note, the turn-over in staff is also very low; I've known many of them for years now. I wish they would go back to full Saturday hours, and maybe take a day off during the week instead, but hey, then they would really have it all.

Stellar staff. My Italian Greyhound and I happened upon Memorial-610 after a very serious injury a few years ago. Through treatment and physical therapy, along with loads of TLC, they nursed him back health and he is just as healthy as before. They were even great with me - I was a total emotional wreck. Now, I wouldn't even consider taking my Italian Greyhound anywhere else. Dr. Pittenger and his staff (especially Milo's favorite nurse, Stephanie) are a dream and will treat your animal with the love and care that you can only wish for.
