He was so patient and slow in thoroughly explaining to me all the ins and outs of Memorial Cat Hospital. He was so kind, sweet, and clear to understand. If the front desk staff is this helpful i can only imagine the great things the doctors and techs can do when it comes to my little Estella. Without doubt Memorial Cat hospital has the best veterinarians for your cats. I have been a client of MCH for many years. As a cat rescuer I have fostered and cared for hundreds of cats. My success as a foster and rescuer is directly related to the outstanding veterinary care and compassion my cats receive at this premier cat hospital. The support staff are pleasant and wonderful to your cats. The attitude is easily expressed as a labor of love for all who work at MCH. This facility is 45 minutes from my home but I make the trek several times a month to have my foster kitties treated at the only board certified cat vets in town. I initially brought my cats to MCH because the multiple vets I visited on the east side of town could not successfully treat my critically ill cat. After trying other veterinarians I have learned through experience that this is the ONLY veterinary hospital that can save me time, money and frustration by having my cats diagnosed and treated correctly with the first visit. LOVE THESE FOLKS! MY CATS LOVE THEM MORE!

I've only been to The Memorial Cat Hospital vet once. I decided to go here because of all the positive reviews I found online. My basic opinion of this place is that it's great if you don't mind spending $55 for the visit and then paying a 500+% markup on any medicines you need. I made the mistake of looking up the online price of the Clavamox antibiotic that was sold to me. Memorial Cat Hospital charged me $88 for 28 pills, and they were about $19 online (1800petmeds). I just called "Memorial-610 Hospital for Animals" and they told me the initial office visit was $59 and 24 (yes, I told them the wrong number of pills) Clavamox pills would be $38.

I went to Memorial Cat hospital for years and received good care even though the vets tried to solicit me to donate money to their newest machines. The last time I went there I drop my cat off and asked them to call me for any expenses. When I went to pick up my cat they charged me $250.00 for "needed" scans. I was never notified and didn't have the money. I knew they needed my consent but asked if I could work out a payment plan. The secretary agreed but soon after I was harassed at work for bill and threaten by Dr. Folger himself that he would press charges. I had been a GREAT customer for 8 years up until that point and I never returned. Be careful!
