I have one dog is 2yrs old, one puppy just three months old and they both had a spay on 11/7/2014. After they got home, I have discover the doctor cut my pets nail, I do understand they might scratch people when they got scare, but I DO NOT ACCEPT they cut my pets nail way too short until bleed. Not just one nail, my older pet has 4-5 nail that I can see the blood still stick on the nail. The baby one has two nails crack in half and with dry blood stick on the hair around her hand. In my mind, Panda is under SPCA, so I though will give me a lot of confidence, but after this experience, it makes me so disappointed, if you really love your pets, please do not go to this store.
