I took my cat three times for a urinary tract infection and all they did was kept changing his medication!! She wanted to run all these test and analysis I went to a different vet once and they fixed the problem right away, but giving him some medication and changing his food. They are also very judgmental and rude. I will never go there again!

I've taken all three of my fur babies to them and they are just wonderful. They're very patient with my older fur baby who is a bit grouchy. They go through everything with me step by step. They also give specific instructions on what to do or not to do after dental surgery and how to care of my dog after pre and post surgery. They are also very reasonable in their pricing.

This clinic used to rank high on my list. As of the recent past, both doctors are condescending and willing my dog to death. By the third opinion from different facilities, my dog is alive, bright and responsive. I understand making mistakes. We are all human, after all. However, the lack of compassion here is simply amazing. I hope they read these negative reviews and change the error of their ways.

Dr Williams was very rude and condescending. He insisted on discussing a surgery that I did not want and was told by two other vets that it was out of the question. He finally treated my dog for the itch that she came in with. He seems to have a Napolean complex. The owner Mark is a vet and once scheduled my dog for surgery and then left town.

Treated my dog like a number. Vet did not take the time, nor care to make me or my dog feel comfortable. I will not be going here again.
