I brought in a very sick animal today. The staff helped me immediately and they were very supportive. They sat me in a private room to wait for the results and brought me tissues and a water bottle. The vet was very courteous. I will definitely take all of my animals here in the future.

Very first visit went great! I took my little 3 month old kitten, Francis, here. The receptionist are so kind and everything went by pretty fast. Only a couple papers to fill out, that's it. The veterinarian was real sweet to francis and you can tell she loves her job. Would recommend this place to anyone :). Plus, first office visit is free !

This animal hospital was extremely helpful. My husband and I are new to the Houston area, as well as our 1 year old German Shepherd puppy and we felt at home at the Rice Village Animal Hospital. They were available right away, positive and very sweet to our dog. They made a connection with us right away. They were very knowledgeable about our dogs breed, his concerns, and just awesome within his first exam. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a family-friendly vet to go to Rice Village Animal Hospital. They are very organized with your pet's records and needs.

My 3 year old boxer was very sick and they got him quickly! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and took very good care of my dog. They waived the new patient exam fee which saved some money.

Honest, dependable, friendly, & hard working. Im from out of town & was in a bind...needed a place to board my 4 pets overnight ASAP. They were able to accommodate me & update my 2 dogs on the vaccinations that were due. I got lucky that they were having a special for new customers so I saved quite a bit of money with the 4 animals. They are a bit pricey, but sometimes that's worth it when you care about your pets (even if you are a single mom who doesn't make a lot of $). They had a lot of paperwork to do on my 4 pets when I first arrived & they worked diligently getting it all together while also helping other customers who needed their attention. I did not go to the back where the kennels are so I cannot review their conditions, but I felt I could trust leaving my pets there. It was supposed to be for 2 nights, but I was able to get them back after the first night. I called within 45 min of closing saying I would be there in about 10 minutes to pick them all up. They happily got everything ready in a short time so that I could pay my bill (which was explained to me), get instructions on some additional health issues, get report cards on all 4 pets (I like hearing how they behaved with other people), get all of their belongings, & have them help me out to the car w/everything in about 20 minutes after I arrived.
