I have had my pets fixed here and all my friend's pets as well. The SNAP clinic is excellent at spay/neuter for a very reasonable cost. Scheduling these surgeries are a breeze online and you get a reminder call before your appointment. The wellness clinic is a great low-cost alternative to the high rates of most vet clinics. You just have to wait to be seen and it is not unreasonable. Bring a book, meet new people and pets. Bring your patience and relax. The doctors and technicians have always been excellent with the pets. I love this place and support their mission. Please take your pets for yearly wellness exams and care they need.

My experience was horrible. These ppl are there to collect a check. My Rottweiler is intimidating but trained. of course hes been trained but immediately sterotyped. very disappointed. Never will step foot in a place that just want to take ur money.

We don't use them as our regular vet, just for Spaying/ neutering strays we pick up because the cost is so good! For the service they provide you can't beat the price. It might not be the "plushy" setting some other vets offer, but you will pay for it.

the hispanic PREGNANT GRUMPY girl at the front desk was extremely RUDE. not anyones problem but your own that you're pregnant and have to work. she wouldn't look me in the face while talking, cut me off every time i did try to speak to answer her questions. just so unprofessional and NOT customer service friendly at all. but still i was polite saying please & thank you. (ALWAYS kill them with kindness) second time i walked up to her desk to get checked out she didn't say a word to me at all, just continued to look at her computer screen as i stood there. not a "can i help you?" or "just a second i'll be right with you." another male employee finally took care of me after i said LOUD enough for everyone to hear "so you don't see me standing here?" never did she say a word, just straight ignored me. take that shit some where else. leave your problems at the door when you get to work and put on a fake smile if you have to. other than that when my dog was neutered they left a stitch in her belly that got red and really swollen. which is the reason i was there this time, i had to take her back to get it cut out. the doctor was extremely nice and very gentle with my dog. which was very much appreciated after dealing with someone so rude at the front desk. its just the pregnant bitch that ruined the visit and makes me think twice about choosing this place again. hope you read this preggo. lighten up!

The wait was ridiculous, more than 3 hours . Staff was rude especially the tech. One lady even yelled at a customer because her dog was barking . UMM HELLO you work at a vet clinic get over yourself. I will however say the doctor was extremely nice and great with my 2 dogs . So if you can get passed the rude staff and long wait your set .
