I have not have the chance to take my cat here yet, but they have extremely great customer service. My cat has sneezing problem for almost a week already. When I call the other vet clinics, they told me that I should bring the cat in for check up and probably some diagnosis. When I called The Cat Doctor, the lady on the phone informed me that I do not need to bring my cat in for a check up since sneezing is not an alarming symptom. She also gave me a wonderful advice so I can fix my cat's sneezing problem myself too. Although I have to been here yet, but I'll definitely would take my cat here in the future when needed to.

Dr. Oeben is a wonderful vet! Both our cats love her and love that they get to pick out a cat toy after their appointment! Very reasonably priced vet too :)

Dr. Oeben, Peggy and Kat at The Cat Doctor are absolutely the best! I have taken all my furr babies to The Cat Doctor for over 5 years for simple issues like when I gave my kitten too many treats that resulted in a tummy ache (oopps!) to more serious issues like management of cancer. Dr. Oeben, Peggy and Kat are always, always so very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and compassionate. The Cat Doctor truly cares for cats, as well as their owners. You can most certainly trust that The Cat Doctor has the best interest of you and your cats both in mind. My furr babies and I will always go to The Cat Doctor and you should too!

Dr. Oeben is such a sweet and caring vet. She has true compassion and love for the animals she takes care of. She is not my usual vet as I had been with another vet in the area but my dearest baby of 17 years was not doing so well. Dr. Oeben is one of the few doctors that does house visits. She was so caring and compassionate throughout the whole process. It takes a lot of strength to be able to help someone cope through this tremendous loss and I'm so thankful that she was able to do so for me. I'm forever grateful and so is my baby who is resting peacefully now.
