I wasn't seen by a vet tech until I had been waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes. The appointment went well, I liked the vet. She even pointed out a few things a prior vet overlooked. It was a bit on the pricey side. There website advertises that the exam fee for two pets is waived if they are new clients but I was only offered that for one pet. I wasn't in the mood to argue as I had been in the place for 2 hours already and wanted to get out.

Staff is very friendly & efficient & the vet (Washington) is a great person. They are very honest & upfront with all prices and estimates etc. They also have some special days where vaccine packages are discounted so if that is what you are looking for give them a call. Definitely recommend.

I just adopted a new kitty and was worried he had an eye thing going on. We had just spent $280 on some kittens we had found in a parking lot, to get them vet care and supplies so we were tapped out. I found VCA and a "new patient special coupon" where we would get our check up complimentary. I really appreciated their offer and it brought me in the door! Staff was nice, vet was friendly. The only big turn off was that it was a noisy facility. I would go back.
