I have been bringing my dogs here since I moved here in 2009 with a then 9-year-old golden. I called local vets and chose them for their competitive rates on his regular meds and bloodwork. The vets are very friendly. I can't recommend Dr. Taylor enough - she has been wonderful with our golden now that he is having more health problems. The vet techs and vets are also very understanding of our other fearful and boisterous pup. Their boarding is also the best price I've seen around and they take great care of our boys.

I have been taking my various pets (no on set 3 of pets as the others have passed away from old age) to this clinic since 1993. I moved to the area then. Had one dog., she passed. got another dog and cat...they both lived to be very old. the dog had to be put down due to many conditions at the ripe old age of 17.5. we have always been treated with respect, love, generosity and the staff are long termed and tenured. some have been there for more than 12yrs and love their jobs. they have always been very easy to deal with, followed up wiht me to check on my pets if procedures or new meds were introduced. I have referred many new clients to them over the years who have all been delighted.this clinic is very knowledgable and caring. they are always taking in animals to find new homes for so they dont just wander the streets. all of the staff are available for additional pet sitting as well for a very reasonable fee. you are in great hands here. Im now on set 3 of pets..2 cats. they always ask how the other one is that is not with me for that appointment.

Dr. Estraude and Jessie have been amazing to our adopted dog. They genuinely love animals and try to make our dog as comfortable as possible in a typically anxious environment. Not only do they have great prices but also fantastic customer service. We recently found out our dog has heartworms from when she was a stray. After every test and visit WAAC calls us to see how our dog is doing! We also board our dog at WAAC and she always comes back happy. I could not ask for more from a vet!

I've been taking my pets (cats and more recently a dog) to West Alabama Animal Clinic since way back in 1997. Over the years, I've moved to different parts of Houston and tried closer vet clinics out of convenience but they never seemed to have the right mix of expertise and affordable cost. Several years ago, I decided to always take my pets here instead (despite the distance). It's really worth it. The folks at West Alabama are top-notch and coming here just feels right (like family). As long as I live in Houston, I will continue to bring them here. Thank you for all that you do, Dr. Rosser!

Been coming here for years. I have actually had a very good experience here. They have taken care of my dog and cat. The staff isn't always the warmest but I don't really mind, they seem to love my animals. They did a great job on my senior dachshund who needed extensive oral surgery. They charged me way less than Montrose vet Clinic had estimated. My dog was like new. I also get my cat groomed here and they do a nice job, cheaper than Petsmart. So overall, I am satisfied with how they care for our pets.
